Condensation can be seen on the underside of your felt as water doplets attatched to it. As much as everyone thinks that breathable felt will cure the cause of condensation, the truth is that it does not cure the problem. In the winter of 2008 we sold
over 300 roof tile ventilators this was due to the breathable felt not being sufficent enough to let the air out. You must fit tile vents to gain cross flow ventilation and it is also a good idea to fit a couple of air vent ridge.
