Ubiflex Lead Free Flashing
Ubiflex is basically a substitute for lead.
It was created when lead prices peaked around 2008.
It can be used in one straight piece erradicating the need to cut it up into pieces due to lead contracting and expanding.
It is made from plastic and has a mesh support.
It can be bent many times.
It can be used around chimneys and in valleys and for land valleys also.
It has no scrap value at all.
