FAQ’s

We want to make the installation of your new roof as simple as possible.
So here are the FAQ’s…

Q. Do you sell to the public?

A. Yes

Q. What are your business times?

A. We are open Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am – 4pm, Saturday 8am – 12pm. We are closed all bank holiday Saturdays.

Q. Do you close for dinner?

A. No.

Q. Do you record telephone calls?

A. Yes, we record all calls for training purposes and to help resolve disputes.

Q. How far will you deliver?

A. Within about 50 miles radius of Radcliffe, Greater Manchester but this is a general rule, we can go further.

Q. What delivery vehicles do you have?

A. We have 3 vehicles on standby and a large crane wagon too.

Q. Do I have to buy to the nearest full pack size?

A. No, we will split packs.

Q. Do you accept card payments over the phone?

A. Yes we do but we can only deliver to the card holders registered address and we require a signature and may also require ID.

Q. Can I pay over the phone and come in to collect?

A. No. If you come in to collect you must pay in-store.

Q. Do you install roofs as well as supply the materials?

A. Yes, we do undertake roofing work and have been doing so for many years.

Q. Do you repair existing roofs?

A. Yes, we have fixed and repaired many roofs to the complete satisfaction of our clients.

Q. Do you open trade accounts?

A. Yes we do, backed by Euler Hermes insurance company.

Q. Do you accept cheques as payment?

A. No, not unless you are prepared to wait until the funds have cleared.

Q. Do you undertake insurance/storm damage work?

A. Yes.
