*Rafter length restrictions apply at minimum roof pitch. For projects where the rafters are below the
minimum recommended roof pitch, please contact Sandtoft Technical Services on 0844 9395 999.

After installation, natural weathering of the recycled slate will result in a change to the
exposed surface, replicating the appearance of natural slate. Contact Sandtoft Technical Services for further information or to
request a mini-sample which shows the comparative change to the surface appearance due to weathering, the rate of which depends on
the local environment, climate and aspect of the roof.

Slight colour variations may exist between batches. Slates should be randomised on site to achieve a
consistent appearance when installed.

*Concealed ventilators must not be used on roof pitches below 22.5°
